Manage documents efficiently with ELMA

I like that with ELMA we can keep, classify, and approve all documentation in one system. The ELMA mobile app allows solving work tasks anywhere and at any minute.Moreover, many tasks can be solved by the system automatically. For example, it can send notifications and reminders to subordinates or managers. It’s worth noting that ELMA works faster than many other accounting software.

A simple tool for solving complex tasks

ELMA365 allows companies to create a ready-to-use business app in a couple of hours without programming. MVP for complex projects can be created in a couple of days. The major advantage is that modern tech stack and microservice architecture make it possible to scale the system easily. Once the development stage of the project is complete local IT department can maintain and leverage the system.

We took into account opinions of our employees when deciding on a new software system. They wanted the system to be user-friendly and easy-to-use. For me it was important to be able to adopt the system to the changing market. ELMA covered both needs. We could set up the system ourselves – pages, deals, pipelines, tasks..
