First, the system is flexible. This allows describing any business processes that involve external and internal systems, as well as people from different departments. With ELMA BPM, we managed to quickly automate complex loan processes for different products. Second, apart from being flexible, the system can be integrated with any other software available for integration. And third, processes can be built with the “no-code” approach, meaning that we can create new processes without participation of programmers.

We have been using the system for 8 months. We decided to automate the business processes of our company with ELMA365, because it offers a powerful document management application and really flexible settings. Even the most complex business processes can be automated in the system easily.
