Being that we have a very large product line it would take hours everyday to check through every listing for negative reviews. With FeedBack Five we don't have to worry about scouting reviews and are able to keep track of incoming positive and negative reviews to see if those numbers are growing over time and we receive emails every time a negative review is left. Easy to use with great customer support

FeedbackFive is very easy to set up. The few questions I had were answered very fast. Pricing seems fair. I like the daily digest of activity. It helps us keep in touch with our customers and also be on top of feedabck and respond appropriately.
