They have in built template designing that helps creating customized messaging to communicate with your customers asking for reviews. The customer service is fantastic. They are always willing to help review your account and make recommendations. The best thing about Feedback Five is that I can create multiple campaigns and schedule them forever and forget about it. It will do its job always on time. Honestly, there isn't much we don't like about it. It's close to perfect. I guess our only complaint is that in the busy months of Q4, we go over our allotment of emails and have to pay extra. Being that we have a very large product line it would take hours everyday to check through every listing for negative reviews. With FeedBack Five we don't have to worry about scouting reviews and are able to keep track of incoming positive and negative reviews to see if those numbers are growing over time and we receive emails every time a negative review is left. The dislike is that we don't use features FeedBack Five has to offer beyond the product review tracker so we have to pay for that service as an add on to a plan that we don't use. I'd like better analytics on the emails such as clickthroughs. Configuring specific ASIN campaigns does not seem intuitive, but we're new to the service.
