It's no SFDC

Does what you need - customizations are available, which was great to get the CRM to do what the company needed it to. Reporting is better than other CRM's I have used. Once you get used to Dynamics, it can be a great tool.

Dynamics is ok, better than current Salesforce (IMO), but CRMs have a long way to go

I like that it autosaves. Pretty easy to navigate after, you've gotten the hang of it. Not a ton of need for info redundancies across account and opportunities and tass creation which is nice
