We are a software consulting business and have used Dromo for a number of clients. All of them are happy paying customers now. I wish all companies were like Dromo - Jeff on the support team is so incredibly helpful. Their engineering team is exteremly responsive to questions, and even feature requests. We've compared them against Flatfile and OneSchema a couple of times and they honestly are the most reliable and consistent between the group. The main thing I appreicate is their pricing transparency - the other companies have shifted how they charge over the years. Fixed price and unlimited everything. 10/10 would recommend.

Dromo keeps getting better over time. The migration to V2 in particular was notably smooth (we scheduled two days for it just in case, and it only took a few minutes). They are quick to respond to support tickets, and they take our feature requests seriously. It's clear that the team is committed to continuous improvement, and that's something we value highly. I trust that they will continue to grow alongside us.
