I think there's 3 areas that Drivetrain has improved my workflow: a. external reporting - all the metrics are pre-calcuated and loaded upon the close of my financials. The way metrics are calculated are also super streamlined where if we switch up how one thing is calculated, it will update everything else. The best way I would describe it is a very well built excel model (with all the bells + whistles you usually don't have the patience to add) b. internal access - budget vs. actuals is super easy to do and split by department. You can also easily switch who has access to what reports which makes sharing a breeze c. great visualizations - the charts are really nifty, great for storytelling, and easy to build

Drivetrain has automated our business reports. All teams have access and see variance easily by different cuts. Also the ability to drill down is super helpful to quickly analyze with break down by any dimension and then see the line items under it.
