Nothing to like about Crazy Domains except that they answer the phone. After that useless

Owner at Riverlea Retreat MudgeePoor customer service and extended down time on hosting 8 hours and counting!
Nothing to like about Crazy Domains apart from they do respond prompty, however the server has been down for more than 8 hours and not once did they send and email to inform their customers or kept them up to date on progress or could even provide a time frame of when the issue will be resolved.
