Nothing to like about Crazy Domains apart from they do respond prompty, however the server has been down for more than 8 hours and not once did they send and email to inform their customers or kept them up to date on progress or could even provide a time frame of when the issue will be resolved. Have unlimited hosting with Crazy Domains. Around 10 websites to the hosting. Server has been down for more than 2 hours. Customer service is terrible. I had to remind the agent that the initial recording while waiting to speak to a customer service agent, mentioned that I will speak to a friendly customer service agent. And when I got through to the agent, not friendly at all and had to remind him that the prerecording said I'll be speaking to a 'Friendly customer service agent' then he changed his tune. Additionally have been a customer for quiet some time, and in the past when a huge issue like this occurs, they use to compensate by giving some free extra hosting, they do recognise loyal customers or have a policy around recognising loyal customers, my last bill was $1000 and I get really poor customer service and a poor product. I will be looking to move all my hosting elsewhere and as well as move all my clients hosting away from Crazy Domains. Called up 26/10 about not being able to access Wordpress hosting to make changes, informed the issue would be fixed in 24hrs and someone would contact me. Its now the 8/11 website is still not fixed and I had to follow them up. Online quote requests are not getting received due this issue, only about to see in emails how many have been requested being a total of 63 potential jobs we haven't been able to make contact with customers! There is little to like. Some of their prices are competitive but that's because the support is so bad and they try to sting you with "add-ons" that are usually part of the "cheap deal" you got. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use their reseller platform and the support is horrendous. Not only do many of the staff have a weak command of English but a lot of the time, they have no idea what they are doing. Anything more than the most basic support is passed up to "higher support", who are invisible people that you will never have direct contact with. Your support request is then out of the control of the staff you do have contact with, who then use the one skill they seem to be trained in, which is apologising repeatedly while the higher support ignores your increasingly desperate pleas for help. Then eventually (often after 24-48 hours), there is a simple answer, which any half-decent support service could have provided within minutes. If you value your sanity or have a business that you do not want to fail due to lack of web service, do not use Crazy Domains or the Dreamscape Network reseller system. Of all the DNS providers we've had over the years, CrazyDomains is by far the most responsive. Whenever there is an issue or something we just don't understand, you go to their website and engage them via chat. The results are immediate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When something goes wrong (ie a hack) they try and blame me for it. Then try to sell me advanced support for hours longer than it would take to fix the issue. Speed is shit, customer service is shit, they will not respond, you will have a lot of spam and error, and don't even think of using emails with them. They will give you a lot of offers, but once you start with them they will shut it down. They say UNLIMITED HOSTING but its UNLIMITED SHIT. trust me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Poor customer service, customer service will give convulited answers and eventually get bored and not reply at all. Sketchy upselling tactics, you think your only renewing your domain then they throw on annother $300 worth of stuff you dont need and try to trict the un educated buyer into thinking they need everything. There is no real incentive to register domains beyond a year as the pricing is quite similar with a very small discount. Whois coverage is too expensive in my opinion considering many companies offer it for free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
