A lot of software available now. It generate no real sense of satisfaction all AI generated, but with DocuWare it's authentic, very simple to use and provides excellent quality on a daily basis. It's apart of my business success.

Being able to integrate with current systems and customizing the platform to fit our needs is very important. The system is used daily to complete multiple tasks. I think one of the best tools built in to Docuware is the forms. I have created many internal forms and some customer facing ones. This allows us to collect data from clients that we need to be at our Best. We are a mid sized Office Equipment dealer and we use these features for many facets of our business. We make network survey forms that allow us to get the info we need to configure the machines before delivery. It makes for a smooth transition when swapping out machines. We recently made Customer referral forms as well where customers we recently did business with us can refer someone they think might be interested in our products and services. The usefullness of this product is limitless!
