I think that the biggest advantage is the really easy set up of document templates - basically you do it on MS word where you add some dynamic fields - you can easily verify the changes with a preview directly from the designer. On top of that you get multiple output channels - PDF, word, email body, HTML, interactive HTML form. Top notch integration with Salesforce auomtations, apex triggers and flows (you can run generation in background from a flow screen or after field changes. Last but not least the tool is constantly updated with new useful features e.g. recently they've added a PDF layer import which makes the updates of any supporting documents like T&Cs or technical documentation lightning fast. We use it every day for quote generation and for sending any official communication to the customers. As for customer support, they are super resopnsive and treat any issues you might have really seriously.

It's a great solution that integrates to salesforce that generates whatever business documents you need.
