It's super easy to configure documents within Docomotion. Great experience to do it and I don't need a tech team to help with the creation of the Forms or the Data Model. Amazing experience!

It should have a way to use Google Docs and not only Word in the configuration and generation.

I think that the biggest advantage is the really easy set up of document templates - basically you do it on MS word where you add some dynamic fields - you can easily verify the changes with a preview directly from the designer.

On top of that you get multiple output channels - PDF, word, email body, HTML, interactive HTML form.

Top notch integration with Salesforce auomtations, apex triggers and flows (you can run generation in background from a flow screen or after field changes.

Last but not least the tool is constantly updated with new useful features e.g. recently they've added a PDF layer import which makes the updates of any supporting documents like T&Cs or technical documentation lightning fast.

We use it every day for quote generation and for sending any official communication to the customers.

if I had to point out something, I'd say that sometimes they introduce new features that are not fully tested so you can get some errors when using them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of template configuration & flexibility to turnaround and deliver most of it in a short period of time gives docomotion an edge over most of the traditional tools.

Being a cerified docomotion champion & working across multiple projects that i have done implementation for document purposes. Docomotion has been my first choice to go with.

With little to no experience in coding , its best go to automation tool available for admins/devs who can make impactful documents in no time.

I feel docomotion covers most of business critical features, but still they are improving in terms of multiple recipients signatures feature, which is in pipeline for future release and being eagarly waited upon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
