For simple implementations that I suspect could cover 90% of users, Usetiful is easy to use out of the box with little technical knowledge. If you require more detailed implementations with custom triggers and behavior, then there is a bit of a learning curve that will require you to review documentation and experiment. I have not yet found something I could not get done with Usetiful.
