We've been using Usetiful for a couple of months in our Saas tool to help our users navigate our features and ultimately offer a better user experience, on Usetiful we're able to easily implement tours, checklists, smartips and even a knowledge base. All of these have been helpful in reducing our churn rate. It's quite easy to use and the team at Usetiful offers demo sessions so as to best customize the implementation. Overall, we're very satisfied with the product !
