Support is timely and effective. It does everything We need it to do.

DNSFilter is extremely quick. In my case, it's quicker than Cloudflare, NextDNS, Quad9, and Google by GRC's DNS benchmark tests. Configuration was easy, and the universal block/allow lists are great. Can upload domain names in CSV format. Reports are detailed and have a very nice layout. A lot of design went into DNSFilter and it shows. Way better than its competitors. Last, but not least, DNSFilter's support staff is excellent. I've chatted with them via online chat a few times and they are prompt at responding to emails. DNSFilter also maintains a feature list with updates to show where in development certain feature requests are. Updated review: One of the dislikes have since been resolved. DNSFilter now allows you to allow/block from reports (i.e., if a report lists that a domain was blocked, you can add it to an allow list).

I like how easy it is to script the installation on client computers. It has prevented my users from accessing sites registered in the last 30 days which has help to prevent a phishing scam.
