In the past we required extensive surveys and AB testing to get a sense of what products customers would like. Surveys often didn't reflect their actual choices once those products were rolled out and AB testing is complex to roll out, especially when it comes to smaller decisions. Upsiide has made it easier to test small changes in what is close to a live environment. That is what has provided most utility in my team. Being able to test multiple concepts at the same time is probably the most useful feature.

Easy to use, quick results, cost-effective

The ability to go in and self-cut data, easy to use, and cost-effective solution for various research needs, is excellent for us as we typically work with a fast turn timeline and often shifts in priority.
