Dialer 360 is excellent, hands up!

I set this up for a friend's contact center back in 2021 and to this day it's been fantastic! She's expanded and at least 3 other contact ceners I know are using it. I like that technical support is always ready to help, The software interface is user-friendly designed and he is always available if any questions or Support(technical). They posses an excellent support team. Tech support is always there to help if there's an issue. There was never any interaction with them as there is no scope of technical issues, they always provide service if asking if everything is smooth every 30 minutes. They give the best support in all aspects and worth doing business. They are trustworthy and can rely on them always.
