We LOVE Design Huddle. They integrated so easily with our tech team's requirements and were SUPER diligent with the meetings and making sure that there were no hiccups. Beyond that, Nathan (our acct. rep) was and still is absolutely a PHENOMENAL account manager. He emails and calls us with updates, and always is checking in to make sure we don't have any hiccups.

I can break down what I like best about Design Huddle into three categories: 1) Ease of Use 2) Program Integration 3) Customer Service 1 - The program is incredibly easy to learn, and as someone with no formal design training, this tool has increased my creative productivity immensely. 2 - An extension of my business deals with customizing products. Design Huddle has been seamlessly integrated into our website and allows our customers an elevated design experience. We were able to integrate the program for a low cost, and updating our templates is now a straightforward process. 3 - I can't speak highly enough about the customer service and support we have received since moving forward with the Design Huddle team. Questions are answered quickly and thoroughly, feedback is always encouraged and considered, and our developer was supported the whole way through our integration 24/7. Overall, I am very pleased with this program and have had a great experience.

The designing tools are much more convenient, and it saves much time compared with other software
