What do you like best about Design Huddle?

Ease of use. The user experience and interface is so simple and modern. It's a very intuitive tool and I love how we can easily organize all of our brand assets. What do you dislike about Design Huddle?

I don't really look at it like downsides - rather, opportunities. Some kind of AI integration that could help the design process or help train/answer questions on using the editor tool, for example. It would be great to also have more robust reporting at the Admin level. For instance, the ability to see projects system-wide, rather than virtually logging in individually. Lastly, I've had a lot of questions and feedback around users wanting the ability to share/transfer projects between user accounts. I think they're seeking more collaboration and visibility. What problems is Design Huddle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brand Consistency! This is HUGE in franchising. No matter what, it's always going to be a challenge. But Design Huddle gives the brand and our franchisees a centralized space to host all brand assets and designs in an easy-to-use way. What do you like best about Design Huddle?

Front-end user interface is extremely simple and easy. Flexibility to design for digital (eg social platforms), and print. Can upload pdf designs which are rendered well in the editor. Customer support is quick and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Design Huddle?

Design Huddle has been a game changer for our customized print-on-demand products. It allows our customers to design their items directly on our site, and the best part? We get print-ready files instantly.

This has drastically sped up our production process. What used to require manual setup or back and forth with customers now happens automatically, with designs that are on-spec and ready to go.

The platform is easy for our customers to use, and it's flexible enough to handle all the unique personalization we offer. Plus, the Design Huddle team is incredible, super responsive, and helpful with every question.

Design Huddle solves one of our biggest challenges: collecting accurate, print-ready artwork from customers for personalized products. Before, we spent a lot of time manually setting up designs or going back and forth with customers on proofs.

Now, customers create and approve their own designs directly on our website. That means fewer errors, no delays waiting on proof approvals, and a much faster workflow. It’s eliminated bottlenecks and allowed us to scale our custom product offerings without adding more design staff.

"Integral to our company and product"

What do you like best about Design Huddle?

Design Huddle has been a key part of building our own product, and it has enabled us to create a bunch of white-labeled templates, the bread and butter of our business! They are constantly developing and adding new features, and their continual innovation challenges us to also better our own products and templates and elevate our game. The interface is intuitive, despite how technical the platform and its capabilities can be. Our partnership with DesignHuddle has been crucial to the success and progress of our company.

What do you like best about Design Huddle?

Integrating DesignHuddle with our Squarespace website has been great - we have always wanted to find a way to speed the process along when it comes to proofing designs to our clients, and to give them control of that will be so beneficial for us as a business. Also their customer service is outstanding, despite being on the other side of the world to us (we're UK-based) they have been attentive, really helpful and explained everything so well. There isn't anything that stands out to us regarding dislikes - we did have issues with the integration with our website but that was due to our lack of knowledge on the coding side. Luckily we found a Squarespace Developer that was able to not only help with the integration but make changes for us that works around the DesignHuddle software. DesignHuddle has helped to cut out the middle-man when it comes to putting designs together for multiple clients, rather than spending the time making changes, editing the artwork, sending the artwork over and then waiting for the client to approve said artwork... This gives our client the control so they can edit the pre-approved template, submit it to their marketing team for approval and the order comes through to us for printing.
