The user experience and interface is so simple and modern. It's a very intuitive tool and I love how we can easily organize all of our brand assets. What I like most, however, is how much our franchisees love it! It really was the solution we needed. **What do you dislike about Design Huddle?** I don't really look at it like downsides - rather, opportunities. Some kind of AI integration that could help the design process or help train/answer questions on using the editor tool, for example. It would be great to also have more robust reporting at the Admin level. For instance, the ability to see projects system-wide, rather than virtually logging in individually. Lastly, I've had a lot of questions and feedback around users wanting the ability to share/transfer projects between user accounts. I think they're seeking more collaboration and visibility. **What problems is Design Huddle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brand Consistency! This is HUGE in franchising. Also their customer service is outstanding, despite being on the other side of the world to us (we're UK-based) they have been attentive, really helpful and explained everything so well. Luckily we found a Squarespace Developer that was able to not only help with the integration but make changes for us that works around the DesignHuddle software. **What problems is Design Huddle solving and how is that benefiting you?** DesignHuddle has helped to cut out the middle-man when it comes to putting designs together for multiple clients, rather than spending the time making changes, editing the artwork, sending the artwork over and then waiting for the client to approve said artwork... This gives our client the control so they can edit the pre-approved template, submit it to their marketing team for approval and the order comes through to us for printing. ### 11. I've worked with external integrations in the past where I could expect a response in "1-3 business days" or even "1-2 weeks", but these guys have spoiled me now--often, they'll get back to me even faster than some of my own teammates! **What do you dislike about Design Huddle?** I didn't like that there was incomplete documentation for their javascript SDK while I was working on our integration. It felt constraining at some times, and manually creating types for typescript was tedious. However, they've now released more complete technical docs for their SDK! They are always quick to respond to any questions I have and anytime I have an issue pop up, they look into it immediately and offer solutions for me to implement or get things fixed on their end as soon as they can. They are always innovating. Even before we had implemented the software for our website, they had made changes to some of their API features that made using their product even better.
