Its ability to record the screen and generate quick transcripts, even of long videos, is impressive. What I particularly like about Descript is the ability to create audiograms and video clips ready for sharing on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn or Twitter which makes content distribution very efficient and professional.

It really helps me as a podcaster to be able to read and listen to an interview and edited on accordingly. In essence, the ability to transcribe an interview and edited as a Word doc is to me very helpful. Studio sound also is very helpful in making the sound better. I am not too worried if a person that I am interviewing as a good mic or not as studio sound will fix it.

The ease of transcription with overlaying of text boxes is a huge time-saver! While the transcriptions are not always perfect - they are very good. Plus, the integration as a web-based solution makes usage a breeze!
