I love that Descript allows you to name the speakers and that you can play little snippets to ensure you have the write speaker recorded in the transcript.

Descript creates a transcript and I can edit, move, copy/paste, using the words rather than looking for the exact second in the movie where I need to make a cut. Saves time, looks professional. Underlord is pretty terrific too. Their customer success is responsive and helpful.

The text editing is a breeze. I've used other editing platforms but have found Descript to be the easiest and good quality output.
