I run a bootstrapped podcast called Crayon Box Politics and do all my recording, producing, and content creation on my own. Having started out using Garageband, and migrating to Adobe Audition, I started looking for a tool that would be an all in one solution that would allow for romote recording and have a built in editing toolkit that would save me time. I looked into other applications like riverside.fm but nothing came close to the ease of use that Descript provides. Couple that with the pricing and for me it is hands down the best product for what I am doing.

I love utilizing Descript for animations. It's easy to use custom and preloaded animations make it fun to work with. The ability to create and export individual scenes allows me to utilize several video editing platforms to reach my desired results. It's made my job a lot easier for graphic-heavy projects. I utilize the platform almost daily in my video editing processes.

I've used Descript for over two years for video editing, audiogram creation, and podcast editing. It's phenomenal for quickly getting to the essential tasks. The Underlord AI tool is also really sweet-saves me 10 minutes per podcast episode at least! I use it pretty much every day.
