I love the AI features that allows for quicker editing of videos for my business. It's great to have the ability to quickly add b roll, music, and text and effects integrated into one tool.

I don't know anything about how to make a podcast but that doesn't matter, Descript edits and fixes the audio for me and I launched our company's podcast in a day.

Want to make a short clip for social? Easy. Want to add subtitles? Easy. Want to drop in an overlay, image, or presentation? Simple. And you can be up and running in mere moments, so there's very little learning curve for the basic features. The team makes improvements all the time, so the more complex workings can take time to get used to. But I recently narrated an entire audiobook for a side project using Descript and it just worked! I started out using a free version but quickly moved on to the paid version because it's so feature-rich and you get more transcription time, storage space, and exports without the watermark. I'm sure I'm not even using everything I could be and I use it almost every day!
