For example, it will allow you to tailor the insights based on the type of communication you expect to have (e.g., email, face-to-face meeting, etc.) and the primary focus of the engagement (e.g., close the deal, talk about pricing, etc.). I'm certified in Everything DiSC, MBTI, Tilt 365, and I'm familiar with a number of personality assessments. I like that Crystal also provides several additional assessments that can be helpful in self-awareness and interpersonal communication.
