I like the ease of use for Crystal, and that it provides me with a brief overview of the personality type of people I may be meeting with or talking to. I especially like the plugin that gives personalized email wording tips when sending business related emails.

I have used Crystal during my job search and discovered it through a Product Marketer. I love that I can get a sense of the person I am interviewing with on LInkedIn before I meet them and try to mirror their tone. Being able to use it on Zoom calls to understand everyone on the call would be amazing. I love the idea of their calendar integration too. At the end of the day, we are all selling something and trying to understand our customers better and Crystal helps to do that. It was very easy to implement by downloading the chrome extension. I would have used it much more often but I only signed up for the free version.

It has been very helpful in geeting me ready for internal interviews. I like that I can understand the interviewer personality and tailor my responses to suit them.
