Helps Streamline Correspondence

The integrated real-time prompts that help guide my email tone. These allow me to adjust my writing style in a way that is more likely to be effective while still sounding like "me". I've also noticed I'm able to write emails quicker when Crystal is turned on.

I have used Crystal as a great aid in meeting my interviewers. Getting to know who you are meeting, their though process, their priorities and traits gives you a great headstart. It allowed me to prepare myself according to the unique style of the people who you are going to interact with. This allows for discussions to be more focussed and result oriented. Crystal provides insights on an array of different intents as well as styles to meet your distinct requirements or needs.

I like that I can use this for customers hard to reach and to share how to communicate with customers to our CS team. This provides a nice snapshot of do's and don'ts with prospects and clients.
