Fantastic Customer Service & Top Notch Product
Our small home care & hospice agency has been utilizing Crexendo since January 2020 and has experienced fantastic customer service! Installation was a breeze. Any issues have been minor and resolved quickly. Staff love the CrexGo app. Most staff members worked remotely for 18+ months and this cloud-based service with local customer support made doing so with ease as we could answer our agency phones from any location. Would recommend Crexendo to all small businesses.

The equipment is always evolving, and top notch, and the support is fantastic. Reliability and uptime is solid, which is generally what you need to expect from a VOIP provider. The phones have to stay up and be working. Crexendo ticks all those boxes for us.
