Excellent Service, Very Smooth and Easy Implementation
The implementation specialist assigned to our account was fantastic. He was prompt, communicative, and clearly an expert in setting up new accounts and knowing when to engage support. He also helped ensure the porting process went as smoothly as possible. I was also impressed that Crexendo was able to source and acquire local DID lines. Our agency is in a small community with only one local prefix, but they actually were able to secure direct numbers with that same local prefix for each extension that needed one. Most other companies that I've looked at it could only offer the same area code.
