Jim is Absolutely Fantastic
From my very first meeting with Jim, I realized that Crexendo was the right choice for our facility management company. We had been experiencing numerous service issues with Nextiva and received no support to resolve them. From our initial call to the implementation process and follow-up, Crexendo has been incredibly responsive. We have been a customer for over a year and just met with Jim to increase our services with Crexendo.

Great On boarding Experience
Kyle was great. Very easy to understand the Crexendo program and how it all works. Answered all of our questions. Was kind and supportative and patient. We are excited to use this service. There are a number features that we can use that is all included.

Fantastic and efficient customer service with competitive pricing
Since I was first contacted by Jon Butts, I had a great customer service experience. He and Mary Jenkins were very quick to respond to questions or issues with the product. There was minimal down time and Both followed up after ensuring that the phones and systems were operating smoothly. I'm a small business with not much equipment, but everything has gone very well since day 1. The Crexendo app also was very helpful to route calls until we got our equipment in place. 5 stars!
