We have gone through 4 iterations of setup, support and elvautaion of new systems with this team. They have provided top tier soultions each time and their support has been premier. I have been here for 3 of those changes and I can safely say, most of the heavy lifting was done by their team all I had to do was show up, smile and take the credit on my side. These are professionals who know thier job and equipment.

Amazing customer service and reliable service
I put several VoIP services through a rigorous test to see how their mobile apps handled various situations, like low service, switching from wifi to data while on a call, etc. Crexendo tested the best for us, so I can vouch for their reliability. Carol Kloss provided excellent customer service throughout the testing process and made sure to keep checking in with us to see how everything was going. She also worked diligently to get us set up as soon as possible once we made the decision to move forward with Crexendo. I am confident that if we ever run into any issues, Crexendo will be ready to help right away, which is something our old provider was never could do for us.
