I was pleased with the sales team and implementation team.
I was unsure about moving to a web-based system, and they answered my questions throughly, and they were able to set a up system that works best in a school.
From the beginning the sales rep, Kiloh Smith, was responsive to my requests with regards to setting up a phone system for our school. He checked in frequently, and the team at Crexendo helped with the overall implementation. Karoline helped with the implemendation and I was most impressed with her knowledge.

Our sales rep, Carol, worked diligently to answer all my questions and ensure we had everything covered while we switched VOIP providers. Our implementer made the transition smooth and seamless, we had zero down time. Since going live, support has been very responsive and helpful. Their support seems very capable and usually answers my questions right away which has been a huge plus for my staff! With us staffing to answer all incoming calls, we use the system daily and it's been wonderful since we launched November 1st, 2023.
