We moved into a new office and needed a new phone provider and after evaluating several, Crexendo offered he best solution by far. Their pricing and features can't be beat and implementation has been very smooth. Any time we have had a question either Scott or Crexendo's support people have been prompt and thoroug in their answers. Althought we are still getting used to our new system, their have been few concerns from our users. Because of our move to our new office we had to work frm home for more than a week and using the features to integrate the deskphone, the compute app and my personal cellphone worked very well. All in all using Crexendo has been a great experience.

From sales to implementation, Crexendo employees are responsive and knowledgable. They didn't restrict me to a time frame or a template implementation and customized the solution to fit our needs. Implementation and Sales were US based and they actually provide phone numbers to call (rather than tickets and email as the only option). Excellent customer support that assisted with troubleshooting our paging system integration. Phone porting was smooth and timelines were clearly communicated. The Crexendo software is easy to use and integrates with Teams. The mobile app is easy to use as well.
