Crexendo and its seamless process has been fantastic. Let's start with the sales process. Our IT rep Furat, got our office set up with Kiloh Smith at Crexendo, and Kiloh set us up with a fantastic demo of the Crexendo software and all of its functions. Kiloh not only took the time to explain everything, but also took a deep dive into each of its features. He was ready to answer any questions, and had some funny stories to share around some of those features. The whole presenation was more than a sales pitch, you truly felt that he believes in his product. Kiloh was also available afterwards. Once we had decided to go with Crexendo, we had many many questions, which he was available to answer. We couldn't of been happier with his customer service mentality. The implementation team and Jet was also incredibly fantastic. They were able to get us up and running with zero issues. We have had nothing but great success, and have been very happy with our service from start to finish!! KUDOS to KILOH and JET and the whole team at CREXENDO!!!
