Crelate is great for our small firm (around 60 employees). We don't do mass hiring so a lot of "bells and whistles" are unnecessary. Its easy to add customized forms and fields and its reporting functions are easy to use. I also like the ability to import resumes to generate contacts. In addition, LinkedIn profiles may also be imported using an optional browser widget.

I love the flow, simplicity and integration with my calendars. I really like the way that I can customize search queries so that I can keep track of all the things going on with myself personally, and with the company as a whole. I really like the notes and stages feature with respect to the UI. Every thing seems to be represented how I would expect it to be.
