Crelate is so user friendly and easy to navigate. I like that they have helpful links and webinars at my fingertips, as well as the Help Bot who can send me articles when I have an issue. Everyone from the sales rep to the support team are quick to respond when I have issues I am unable to take care of myself, and they are positive and upbeat. I am a huge fan of Crelate, and am so happy with this product.
