The two-way integration to JIRA means that it can act as an interface, and all of your product management activities, such as road paving, ideation, and prioritisation, can be done on craft with data being fed directly from JIRA. There is no single way to use it, and you can tailor the tool to your systems and processes. There is also a capacity planner, which has become a game changer for us in terms of planning complex Epics with multiple user stories across different teams confidently far into the future. The tool is also customisable, so you can change terms, add your own fields, etc. The best feature is the ability to create a single roadmap, but instantly change the view for your audience. For example, being in a B2B service, I can show the roadmap across all teams, but then instantly switch the view to show single clients roadmaps. I've used craft in two companies now and introduced the tool both times. The service and level of attention of their support management are second to none.I'll be using craft long into he future.
