What I appreciate most about Cortavo is their proactive, hands-on approach. The team is incredibly responsive and friendly, and they take the time to truly understand our business. Instead of just fixing problems as they come up, they anticipate our IT needs and prevent issues before they ever impact us — which lets us focus on our clients with complete peace of mind.

Everything is included in the monthly services agreement, no surprises. It's just one monthly invoice, competitively priced. Labor for laptop replacements? No extra charge. Special projects (which our previous MSP would have charged labor for, e.g. cloud-based backup platform deployment) are all included. Cortavo's service desk team staff are extremely professional and show due diligence in either resolving the ticket, or engaging an engineer if help is needed. In cases where I've asked to raise priority on a particular request, they are happy to do so. The initial onboarding process was smooth and transparent for our staff, and they gave us admin access to the various dashboards, such as ticketing system, which has paid off for both organizations. We're a nationwide organization, and although Cortavo is located in Atlanta GA, they provide nationwide support during business covering all our time zones. Which is great for me, because I'm on the west coast. :) We consider Cortavo to be one of our best partners, and are happy with our decision.

They work hard to keep their staff trained, and they speak in plain language which takes the mystery out of issues we encounter. They are always helpful in finding proactive solutions.
