The win loss program through Primary Intelligence has been very insightful because it allows us to better understand the different buyers and personas that we target, including buyer pain points and benefits they are seeking from a relationship intelligence solution. Having buyer feedback through verbatim transcripts allows our teams to understand in detail what buyers are looking for and how we can address their needs.

Also noteworthy are the platform's user-friendly dashboard and extensive analytic features. Helpful sales tool

Primary Intelligence’s win-loss feedback provides valuable insights into why we are winning and losing in competitive sales opportunities. The information is very detailed and allows reps to better understand how our actions contribute to winning/losing deals, as well as non-sales-related factors, such as product or support issues that may also impact buyer decisions. This helps me win deals and easily access information that I wouldn't normally have access to.
