I use Copilot to store and easily access: - Case studies: Summaries of my go to case studies and customer stories - Discovery questions: Persona-specific questions that I refer to on my customer conversations - Competitive battle cards: I store my trap questions and competitive discovery questions in Copilot What I like best about Copilot is how easy it is to access my case studies/discovery questions/competitive battle cards in the Copilot app One neat feature that Copilot has is “Expandable Sections”. This allows me to structure my discovery questions for specific customer scenarios into sections. Then, depending on what scenario comes up, I can double click on the appropriate section and remind myself of appropriate questions and talking points.

I can create knowledge documents (e.g., discovery checklists, account-specific information) side by side with where I take notes within the Copilot application. It is super easy to access content as an account executive and it’s a very natural part of my workflow when I’m in conversation with a customer or a prospect by being able to pull up account data right next to my ongoing notes in one platform. The UI is also super intuitive and clean
