Even before the contract signing and onboarding, we were thoroughly informed and advised on all the matters of interest to us. Despite being a big company, they are flexible and willing to work with the customer to find win-win solutions. After the onboarding, every time we had questions or needed help, we were offered prompt support. Contify is among the few companies where you really feel valued as a client (no matter the size of your company) . If there are any limitations or areas that they don't cover yet, they are upfront about that, but at the same time, they do their best to find a solution.
