To begin with, the Sales team gave us an extremely thorough demo. The Product is built with with great insight into what a Marketing/Sales/BD professional would need to accomplish their goals. Competitors secondary research and additional analytics was not so good. While being introduced to the platform and while constaructing the scope we were't informed that there's a special secondary research team available. Could't negotiate what's doable and what's not.
