What I appreciate most about Contify is the fantastic support from their team. We've built a great connection with the service providers, and they always go the extra mile to help us with our needs and ideas. The platform's user interface could use some improvement in terms of UX/UI. It can be a bit tricky to navigate when you start, but we do value the support we receive. A more intuitive interface would definitely enhance the overall experience. Additionally, it takes some time to grasp how the platform functions, and new feature rollouts can be a tad slow. You couldn't ask for a better support team. Swati, Nitish, & Gordon are always available when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contify?

You have to be technically savvy to build the taxonomy. Not a dislike, just a small challenge for me. Thankfully, Swati & Nitish always have the answers & support me in all ways. One dislike is the news is not in real time. It seems to be a day behind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were faced with the daunting task of assimilating a vast amount of information, and as a result, we occasionally overlooked critical details. However, since implementing the Contify platform, this has become a non-issue. We can now effortlessly monitor key customer accounts and their subsidiaries across various locations, and the platform captures all relevant news associated with them. What do you like best about Contify?

Even before the contract signing and onboarding, we were thoroughly informed and advised on all the matters of interest to us. Despite being a big company, they are flexible and willing to work with the customer to find win-win solutions. After the onboarding, every time we had questions or needed help, we were offered prompt support. Contify is among the few companies where you really feel valued as a client (no matter the size of your company) .
