Supportive and accessible client support team, organised onboarding process, wide choice of features

The user experience as a content administrator - I like having multiple options for deploying content and controlling who it should be deployed to. The Business Intelligence options are wide ranging, along with the reporting options.

Great platform for marketers who want to use T&D to generate leads and sell more

After using Raven360 for over a year, I have been incredibly pleased with the feature set, gamification, and the segmentation of the audience it offers. Raven360’s integration with HubSpot is nothing short of stellar. It streamlined our processes, making it remarkably simple to consolidate our CRM and LMS needs including tracking the buyer journey. The transition was smooth, and it's been incredibly beneficial to our organization to have all our data and systems synced. With Raven360 and HubSpot working in tandem, we've been able to manage our sales pipeline more effectively and can drive growth. The gamification features are another key aspect of Raven360 that I greatly appreciate. Our team has been energized by the leaderboards and competition, and we've seen an uptick in engagement and motivation as a result. This gamify learning approach has not only made training and education more enjoyable but has also enhanced knowledge retention among our team. Raven360's ability to segment audiences is exceptionally useful. The platform allows us to distinctly cater to different groups - be it prospects, partners, or customers, each with unique content and learning paths. This level of customization has dramatically increased the effectiveness of our training efforts and has made a significant difference in how we engage with our different user groups. In conclusion, Raven360 has proven itself to be a powerful tool that brings together learning management, marketing automation and CRM.

Awesome gamification features, but needs some UI TLC

The gamification features are an excellent way to engage users. Creating learning paths with quizzes, assessments, videos, and login streaks... scoring points along the way is very cool. The integrations with Hubspot for advanced reporting and Credly for badging are also excellent.
