I like the directory students can browse through, it makes it easy for them to learn about new departments on their own.

ConexED provides and extensive solution that is unmatched elsewhere in the industry
Currently, the level of support and response has been top-notch. ConexED has come a long way to address bugs and issues in the earlier version of their solution. The platform is now very stable, but if we ever do run into issues or questions they are very quick to respond and have demonstrated good follow-thru.

ConexED is made for counseling and has an amazing scheduler
I like the way the schedule is set up to allow for different times for different reason codes and that you can have in-person or online or phone appointments. I also really like the intake form for counseling appointments. We don't have the bandwidth to take advantage of milestones yet, but I see that feature as very promising.
