The customer support and bang for your buck compared to other softwares.

We have been with Colossyan for over 12 months and during that time have continued to be delighted by their continued service and support to us as well as having the opportnity to put forward a wish list that is turning into reality. I cannot praise this sopution highly enough. The energy and dedication (as well as technical knowledge) from every person at Colossyan that we encounter enables us to always come away with the solutions that we require and often more than we have anticipated. The platform is really easy to use and there is no need for any long tutorials although their introductory bootcamp that we cpompeted before we even signed up was a completely brilliant piece of online training (and we are hard to pleae in that field as we are all trainers by trade!) We use this product in our resource design team on a dialy basis and the new features continue to expand our horizons of how we can create content in the future.

The platform is super easy to learn how to use and the ability to be able to create a whole video (and not just the avatar) is really useful. I work for an international company and the tool has a feature which allows you to change the language in an instant. The feedback from my European collegues has been the surprise at how good the translated voices were. The cost of a real presenter is always too much for the eLearning content we are creating, so this now gives us a new way to be able to engage with the learner.
