Their customer service is fantastic. My accountant through Collective was changed and I was honestly sad over it, that's how nice they are. I've had major life crises happen over the last year or so and couldn't attend to my books, and they were ridiculously helpful and understanding. Thumbs up. Five stars. Everything.
