I like the way they managed to develop both a platform for developers where we can test our skills, but also a software where recruiters can assess how good we are, with a neat and well developed interface.

very easy to setup campaigns with relevant questions and exercises, and very easy to track candidates. In COVID era we are facing the challenge to hire candidates remotely, and we missed a way to perform a good technical assessment not being in the same room with the candidate. Codingame is the perfect fit for that. Our next step will be to use it with our internal employee as a tool useful for training and performance management
