1. The ability to record and see the history of each interview.
2. The drawing pad, which helps me draw and ask, lets the candidate draw and describe certain concepts.
3. Compiler and auto code completion are also good.
4. A private area for interviewer notes and an AI look-up section is also useful in some cases.

The interview tool is plug&play, you juste have to focus on the candidat and avoid all technicals possible problems. The tool is complete and we was able to use all the feature of our previous test Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some questions had weird time limits, sometimes not reflecting their real difficulty. This has left me sometimes with scenarios where I would underestimate a question and not be able to answer it in time, or the opposite effect where I would answer a question with a lot of time to spare. J'ai beaucoup aimé la structure de CoderPad, qui est claire et bien organisée. Le fait d'avoir quatre blocs distincts facilite grandement le travail : un premier bloc pour les consignes, un deuxième pour écrire le code, un troisième pour les données ou le code de test fourni, et enfin un quatrième bloc pour voir les résultats.
