Great for managing your ambassador community

|Club (formerly Brandbassador)
Brandbassador is a great tool for recruiting and managing ambassador communities. We use it both for sales and content creation, and so far it's worked out well - for us and our ambassadors. Brandbassador is integrated with our own system which saves us a lot of time because gift cards for the ambassadors, discount codes, etc are automatically created and don't require manual work. Also, ambassador sales and the commission generated are automatically tracked which is great to keep them engaged. Also a special shout out to the entire Brandbassador Team, their technical support and customer success managers are absolutely amazing. Always available, friendly and super helpful.

EXTREAMLY helpful for brand growth, generating new streams of revenue, and tracking success!

I would definitely suggest that any social media manager or community manager should get this tool. I went from tracking the community success manually to now being able to see who is truly putting in the work to promote the brand. This platform makes a new revenue stream for any brand AND does an amazing job at enhancing brand awareness to scale. As our overall engagements on social started to climb, so did my advocacy for the importance of community management. Their onboarding and success teams are unbelievably helpful with 1:1 calls. If you put in the work and take their suggestions to heart, you will reap the benefits and your company will too.

I like The fact that all the infos are in the profile. So you can quicly have a look to the profile and see if it's good or not. I think that it would be nice to see more about tiktok also.
