Clozd helped us make critical pivots in our approach sales and marketing

Clozd did a lot of heavy lifting for us. We didn't have bandwidth to scale out and do all these interviews. Nor did we can bandwidth to quickly produce the report they generated.

Unparalleled win / loss review software

|Clozd
The platform is easy to use for our sales reps (very very important), and the data is dynamic, which offers a significant increase in capability than we had with our homegrown solution. I absolutely love the "slider" scale functionality, giving us a "severity" of positive / negative feedback. Also gives the reps an "out" with a non-factor default answer.

Innovative win/loss service that creates insights for sales, product, and marketing

Clozd's interview team quickly learned our business and asked probing follow-up questions that revealed why were were losing deals from a sales, product, pricing, or competitive perspective. After each interview, Clozd delivered concise and cogent interview summaries directly to sales management, product management, and the sales manager whose rep had run the deal. This fast delivery mechanism enabled us to coach our reps and adjust our product and pricing to compete more effectively.
